Couldn’t be happier with my experience at GP Auto\. They did a ton of work on my F\-350, including deleting the truck, replacing the injectors, and taking care of several other issues that needed attention\. What I appreciated most was how much they helped deal with my stubborn warranty company. They handled the back-and-forth and went above and beyond to get things sorted out, which saved me a huge headache. The communication was great, they kept me updated, and I felt like my truck was actually being looked after properly instead of just rushed through the shop. After everything this truck has put me through, it’s a huge relief having it back and running the way it should. Definitely recommend GP Auto, especially if you have a diesel. Overall exceptional service! Very detailed in diagnosis, great communication even down to photos of the issues And… the bill ended up being approximately $200 cheaper than what was quoted!! WIN!WIN!!! Highly recommend 😊

Took my Audi there for a no start condition ended up being relay and a fuse They got it running called me and said it was running but had some misfires I said that’s okay I’ll come pick it up I just needed it running Paid the bill got the car 5 mins down the road car shuts off and won’t start I call them telling them what’s going on and they start blaming me because I didn’t get the misfire fixed and since I didn’t get the misfire fix they said it’s not under warranty whatever I drop it back off and say please fix it so I can drive it They take the car but say we need you to PRE PAY for the diagnostic that they alr diagnosed Because apparently after I paid them 800$ they don’t trust me to keep paying them for there work Pretty rude in my opinion and the manager isn’t any better This place is a pile of crap never would go here ever again Also after I got the car back with no mistakes 1 month later the wrong job to fix the misfires is alr bad and has to repair it myself Not to mention the crazy prices for shit service

Amazing service. Our car broke down at the beginning of a road trip, and they turned it over in a day so we could still go on our trip! Very patient with us and they had complementary snacks.
